ItalianCult can ship to almost any address in the world.
Our main logistic partner is UPS but depending on destination, Shipping and Delivery may be entrusted to some other shippers. During the order process, depending on your destination country, you may be able to choose between more than one courrier, in order to give you the best shipment fares available.
 

Rates and Schedules

The shipping costs depend on the weight and on the final destination of the product. You can see the shipping cost of your order on the last page of the order module, before submitting payment information and before confirming your order.
Please note that there are certain holidays during which carriers do not pickup or deliver.

Tracking your Package

When you place an order, you will receive a prompt online confirmation that your order has been received, including an order reference number. We suggest keeping your confirmation until you receive your order, just in case you need to check the order status.
When your order has shipped, you will again receive an e-mail shipping confirmation, including an order tracking number. For UPS shipments, your e-mail confirmation will include also a direct link passage to the UPS Website, providing you the opportunity to check the status of your order directly with the carrier, by clicking on www.ups.com

Payment Options

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information. 

If you prefer, we also have a way for you to use your credit card without even having to enter the complete number on the Internet.
When filling out the order form, simply enter the number 4111 1111 1111 1111 and the expiration date of your credit card on the order form. This gives us a way to track your order but guarantees your security. Once you have fully submitted your order, you can fax (+39 011xxxxxx) or send us(postal route or e-mail) your full credit card number.You can do this even if you can't use our secure server, and your credit card number will be totally protected.

We do accept checks or money orders denominated in Euro or any European currencies. Paying by check or postal money order slow down your order somewhat, as we don't order your items until your payment is received and we don't ship your items to you until your funds clear.

In any case your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. Please check also your local currency exchange rate with Euro to know the exact amount of money you are going to pay.

Credit Cards Authorization Verification:

All credit cards are checked through our bank partner. Only valid credit card orders will be processed. Customer credit card information is not passed along to any associated merchant.

30 days money-back-guarantee:

Our return policy is simple. Goods can be returned within 30 days from the shipment date, without giving any reason for doing so, for a full refund. Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from ItalianCult.
Our returns center cannot process exchanges. If the item is a gift, we can issue a check refund to the gift recipient at the same address to which the order was shipped. Including the e-mail address or name of the person who gave the gift will help to expedite the process.
If the item is not a gift, we will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
Please note that shipping costs will not be reimbursed, except in cases where we have shipped an incorrect or defective product.
To return the items, please write the reason for your return on the back of your packing slip. Enclose the slip in the carton, wrap the package securely and send it to the address listed on your packing slip.

Damages and Incomplete Shipments:

Upon delivery all products should be inspected carefully for any damages. Any claims should be made within 24 hours of delivering in writing.
Incomplete shipments should be reported in writing within 24 hours of delivery.

Cancellations:

Cancellations of an order can be made anytime sending an e-mail at [email protected] or a fax at +39 011xxxxxxxx. If your order has already been shipped to you, our Return Policy will apply.

All credit card purchases you make at ItalianCult are backed by our security guarantee. Our secure server software encrypts all information, ensuring that Internet transaction stay private and protected. Should any unauthorized use of your credit card occur as a result of your credit card purchase from ItalianCult, please notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
If your credit card company finds credit card fraud but does not waive your entire liability for unauthorized charges, ItalianCult will cover the remaining liability up to a maximum of xxx Euro (approx. US $ xxx).

International warranty

Most of the products we sell are covered by a worldwide manufacturers warranty. If the warranty repair or replacment needs to be done in Italy, we will cover all the trasportation costs to our headquarters in Italy and back to you (via regular mail). If the repair can be done in your country, we will reinburse you for the repair work with a credit note.

All prices shown are international base prices. The final price to the customer depends on the final country destination of the shipment.
Shipping costs will be added to all destinations. Value Add Tax (VAT) will be added to all destinations within the European Community only. All other shipments are tax free.
You can see the shipping cost and tax of your order on the last page of the order module, before submitting payment information and before confirming your order.
Since our company is based in the EU country Italy, all customers outside the European Community have a big tax advantage: they can buy tax free. The Italian VAT will not be added the base price of the product.
Customers from the United States have an additional advantage: since our company has no physical presence in any of the US states, no local US sales tax applies.
Customers from within the European Union need to pay VAT on all purchases.

Import Duties:

All deliveries within the EU (European Union) are duty free.
Import duties for deliveries to all other countries must be paid by our customers at delivery.
Customs forms for all internationals packages list the value of your order’s contents. If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift", but the cost of the items is still stated on the customs form. Currently we are not able to describe the contents in any other way.
Any custom or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may contact your local customs office for further information.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ACTUAL CHARGE OF YOUR CREDIT CARD DEPENDS ALSO ON YOUR LOCAL CURRENCY EXCHANGE RATE.
